Embroidery Punch at a glance
We provide three services for brands, teams, decorators and small businesses: embroidery digitizing, vector art and custom patches. Customers send artwork, we create the file or product, and we deliver by email so they can load it onto a machine or send it to print.
Embroidery digitizing
A logo only becomes an embroidered logo when it is converted into a stitch file. We digitize left chest logos, 3D puff designs and large jacket back designs. For each file we choose stitch types, direction, density and underlay to suit the design size and the fabric. We deliver DST, PES, EXP, JEF and other formats so your machine can read the file straight away.
Vector art
Blurry logos and low-resolution images cause problems for printers, sign makers and decorators. We rebuild artwork as clean vector files in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and PNG, and we prepare color separations for screen printing. See our vectorization service for more information.
Custom patches
We make embroidered, iron on and woven patches to your design, size and backing choice. Because we digitize the design ourselves, details stay readable and edges stay clean.
