What you get

A small or blurry image cannot be enlarged without losing quality. Vector artwork is built from clean paths, so it prints and cuts sharply at any size.

We redraw your image by hand with the same shapes, colors and details, so you get a file you can scale from a small label to a large banner.

  • Clean, scalable vector artwork

What is image to vector conversion?

Image to vector conversion turns a pixel-based image, such as a JPG or PNG, into a vector file made of clean paths, curves and shapes. A raster image has a fixed number of pixels, so it gets blurry and jagged when you enlarge it. A vector image is built from mathematical paths, so it stays sharp at any size, from a small label to a large banner.

If you only have a small logo from an old website, a photo of a sign or a low-resolution file, a vector version solves most printing, cutting and embroidery problems before they start.

Why convert your image to vector

  • Sharp at any size: scale up or down without losing quality.
  • Better printing: printers, sign makers and screen printers need clean artwork.
  • Cutting ready: vinyl cutters and plotters follow vector paths.
  • Easy editing: change colors, resize parts and rearrange layouts.
  • Smaller files: vector logos are lightweight and easy to share.
  • A better base for embroidery: a clean vector gives digitizers a clear shape reference.

Redrawing versus auto tracing

Many free tools offer one-click tracing. They often produce rough edges, extra points and lumpy curves, especially on text and fine detail. Our approach is to rebuild your image carefully. We place clean curves, fix wobbly lines, straighten what should be straight and keep the look of your original. The result is an editable file your team can actually work with.

What we convert

  • Business and brand logos
  • Mascots and sports artwork
  • T-shirt and apparel designs
  • Signs, banners and vehicle graphics
  • Hand drawn sketches and scans
  • Old or low-resolution artwork

If your image is very blurry or damaged, send it anyway. We tell you what is possible and quote before work begins.

How the process works

  1. You send the image through the order form.
  2. We review quality, colors and detail.
  3. We redraw the artwork as clean vector shapes.
  4. We match colors to your original or your requested palette.
  5. A person checks the file.
  6. We email your files in the formats you need.

File formats we deliver

  • AI for Adobe Illustrator
  • EPS for print and many design programs
  • SVG for web and cutting software
  • PDF for sharing and printing
  • PNG for quick previews

Tips for the best result

  • Send the largest, clearest version of your image.
  • If you have several versions, send them all.
  • Tell us your color requirements, including Pantone codes if needed.
  • Tell us how you will use the file, such as print, vinyl or embroidery.
  • Mention any changes you want while we redraw it.

Image to vector or vectorization?

The two services are closely related. Both create scalable vector files from raster artwork. If you are not sure which fits, read about our vectorization service or just send your art and we choose the best approach.

Pricing

Simple vector work starts from $10. Complex artwork is quoted before work begins. See the pricing page for details.

Common questions

Which image formats can I send?

Send JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, CDR, PSD or any format listed on the order form, up to 10 MB.

Will the vector look exactly like my image?

We redraw it as closely as possible. Where the original is unclear or damaged, we tell you what we cleaned up.

What is the difference between raster and vector?

Raster images are made of pixels and blur when enlarged. Vector images are made of paths and stay sharp at any size.

Which formats do I receive?

AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and PNG are standard. Ask in the order form if you need another format.

How much does image to vector cost?

Simple vector work starts from $10. Complex artwork is quoted before work begins.

Can I use the vector for embroidery?

A vector logo is an excellent starting point. For stitching you also need a digitized file, which we make as well.
