Your artwork
You confirm that you own the artwork you send us or have the right to use it. You are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.
Orders and quotes
We review your artwork and confirm the price and details by email. Please check your files when you receive them and contact us at info@embroiderypunch.com if anything needs attention.
Delivery
We deliver finished files by email in the format you request. Results on the garment also depend on your machine, thread, fabric and setup.
Limits of liability
We work carefully, but we cannot control how files are used on your equipment or materials. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
